首先我也不在旧金山，当时办旅行证是开车过去的。
我问过旧金山领事馆的办事人员，他们说许多拿到绿卡的父母为了省钱和弄到长有效期，拿到绿卡都不告诉使馆，所以使馆人员对这些事情比较头疼。
