请教：夫妻一方邀请父母探亲，只需要一方的材料就可以吗？

我是学生，老公工作hib,我想邀请父母过来探亲，只需要给父母我的材料，还是我老公的材料，像什么h1b工作签证复印件也要寄给父母？
