2005.11 Ask for Physical Examination
2007.1-2008.1 call 800 number 5 times, letters to first lady and senator, infopass 3 times.
2008.4 call 800 number to remind them the MEMO, and got an answer that they will process my case within 30 days.
2008.4.19 cards were ordered for whole family
2008.4.21 welcome message for whole family

The MEMO works. Hope it will work as soon as possible for everyone qualified for MEMO.
