Pijiang and Xiaobaitu etc, please help, thanks

I submited I485 with my hu*****and last year, I started to use EAD when I was a graduate student in a unversity on last semester (last november), and I didn't enroll in schoold in the following semester. Yesterday university noticed me that my F1 was terminated automatically, my question is: is there any bad effect since my F1 was terminated automatically by SEVIS instead of by school?
