most likely they messed up your case, which county/state you live now ? If your district court is friendly, they should solve your case within 2 months after you file WOM. sometimes for USCIS only "lawsuit talk". we have a a few similar cases, they keep waiting and got different answers everytime. it turned out that USCIS lost their name check results from FBI, and certainly no one want to clear other's mess, so it just leave there forever. see articles here 移民局总能为她们的失职找到借口
