485LUD: doc mailed out

Received a letter today from TSC. Some general info about my 485
status.
"On 2/29/08, you contacted us about your case.
Type of service requested: Outside Normal Processing Time.
Our review indicates that this case is actually within our current
processing time. We regret any misundersatnding. If you do not receive a
decision or notice of other action within our current processing time, check
our website for an update or call customer service at the number provided
below. "

什么是"within our current processing time". 明明是早超过了180天的NC. 而且也
没有排期(EB1). 搞什么呢? 是不是指新的MEMO, 我们在within our current
processing time. 迟早要处理, 现在只能等.

请高手指点.
