I tried all possible ways, but all turned to be nonsense responses, except this one, it helped me to setup a special case with USCIS(with special case# included in their response letter to my complain).
The 2nd day on getting this special case request from Civil/Liberty Complainment Center, USCIS issued me a stupid RFE for employment verification letter, I-94s, Updated G325 etc...
My case got approved the 3rd day after USCIS got my response to the RFE with 2 proceeding soft LUDs
