basically that is all I know.. I just filed the appeal and I am waiting for the result (I will let you know as soon as possible)..

regarding the lawyer fee for an appeal, my lawyer, who did the whole NIW case for me, charged additional 1000USD.

Good luck with your case, and take a good care of yourself and your babies... we have to fight to get the GC but we do not have to die for it.. it just is simply not worthy that much!
