What is your category? If marriage to USC, keep working, no real problem. If EB, be cautious.
Because your case is now at local office, infopass will be the best way to get information. Must do infopass before the departure deadline, or they can detain/arrest you when you go there in worse case senarieo. You might have your case reopen right there at local office.
