Use EAD or Transfer H1-B--to PJ teacher or Xaobaitu

Hi, All teachers:

I am going to change job after 180 I-485 pending. I am currently under the H1-B status. I know PJ suggests to use H1-B transfer instead of EAD, but my question is : once I transfer H1-B, CIS will know I changed the job and more likely will give me a RFE in the future; but if use EAD, who knows where I change job to. Am I right on this point? Please advise. Tks,
