I filed WOM on Feb, and send the Surmon of service to all the defendents. I went to the local US Attoney office today ask about which attoney is representing this case. They told me they have no record about my case.

I sent the surmon of service only to the US Attoney's office in Washington D.C, I did not sent the surmon to the local US Attoney's office, since the defendents on the case is ALBERTO R. GONZALES who is on Washington D.C.

I wonder if the US Attoney's office in Washtington D.C will send a copy of the surmon to the local office, or I have to send a copy of the surmon to the local office? The local office is not on the defendents list, does that matter?
