questions about RFE of AP

今天收到AP的RFE要照片。并说寄回信里要“include a copy of this letter and
place the attached gold sheet on top of your documents" 可是移民局寄来的信里
只有一张纸，没有这个"attached gold sheet"啊。那是什么东东? 没有怎么办？
