what about your tax document...

you have paid your taxes under your old name previously. all of a sudden, you get your name changed. You have to prove that it is you who bears new name already paid taxes to Uncle Sam. How are you going to convince people? write to IRS to explain, hire a lawyer to fight? Get what I am saying. That will be miserable nightmare which would drive you crazy, INSANE. Be safe, don't screw up.

Just thought about this while I am doing my taxes.
