I-485被转到field office了，现在要换工作，怎么办？

I-485申请交上去几年了，最近case被转到field office。现在想换同类型的工作，需要relocate到另一个州。请问各位专家，我的I-485怎么办？需要转到另一个州的field office吗？怎么转？
