EB3, filed 140 and 485 on July 23, 2007. Because I am nurse , I was not required to aply for Labor Certificate. 140 was approved on Febuary 2, 2008 and Finger Print was on Dec 12, 2007. Can somebody predict when my 485 will be approved? Any prediction will be appreciated! XBT, PJ and all of you please.
