CIS play new game on the name check

CIS once set a deadline at April 30,2008 for finishing all the I-485 with name check pending over 180 days. Now they said they can not complete it at that time. They also claim that the I-485 can be finished within one month in 2009. Who believe it? They just play some game on it.
