Please think of your plan of going back again. You will be hard to come back with H4 because you have applied for I 485. You'd better stay in the USA. You do not need to leave with your valid H4. I am sure that your hu*****and still has his valid H1 if he does not work with EAD.

My hu*****and used to apply for EAD with me together, but he did not use it because he kept his valid H1. He appled for EAD just for emergency.

You will be fine.
