如果我这周收到140拒信，下个月走可以吗？会对我签证申请有影响吗？

我们的485还在pending,
而且楼下一个同学有说他太太在国内签不出来，因为485pending.

我们现在打算一边appeal, 一边办EB1,但是我劳工的公司律师说要先进行EB1资格评估，再决定办不办，因为现在办EB1的人很多了，所以要求也变更加严格了。

如果我在国内，那我劳工可以给我办AP，然后寄过来给我返回美国吗？

Given your situation (H4 w/EAD), I would take a trip to Canada/Mexico. You either come back with I-94, or H-4 visa if I-94 not accepted.

If your H-4 expiration is earlier than H-1 expiration, file I-539 COS to match H-1.
