I got the same letter in Jan'08 after calling TSC in early Dec'07. Still waiting.
Got a feel that calling processing center sometimes does not help, instead making things worse, depending on each individual IO's mode at the day he/she replies your inquiry. Just my feeling, don't think too much about this.
