Question about tax for immigration fee - please help

Hi,
My company paid all immigration fees for me, but has condition that I have to stay the company for a while. Otherwise, I need to pay back the fees. So, I have a question about this: if I paid the fees back to company (not lawyer), will I need pay tax for this part of money? In other words, will company take back the money from my income salary and not include this part of money in W2? Any help is welcome.
