140被拒后，一般是同时拒绝485

而且在485的拒绝信上会写，there is no appeal provided by the regulations.

一般的情况是先appeal 140，此时485拒绝，EAD已经失效了，没有grace period. 如果140申诉成功，可以要求reopen 485.

真替你们担心。一般很少有人在140批准前就用EAD的，太冒险了。
