I have two aproved I-140 from the same labor, one is eb2, another one is eb3.
- You got a problem here. The same position can not be both EB-2 and EB-3.

the PD is 01/2006. My employer filed my I-485 application with the EB2 140 last July.

I have three questions:
1) how can I tell my I-485 is eb2 or eb3?
- No, you can't. Refer to I-140 with I-485 submission, or contact USCIS.

2) do I need to cancel my eb3 I-140.
- No.

3) May I apply CP by the eb3 I-140 and keep my eb2 AOS at the same time.
