Go back to China, and break the marriage!

First of all, cancel their co-bank account, and stop sharing any accounts, including credit accounts. According to law, I believe she does not have to be responsible for other people's debt, even her hu*****and. She also has right to contact banks and tell them she is not responsible for all her hu*****and debt. In US, personal signature is almost everything of responsibility. So, without her own signature, she is not responsible for other people's debt.

In conclusion, the most important thing I think should be to become finantially independent from her hu*****and. She already lost fifty thousand US dollars, but if she continue to share bank account, she will be her hu*****and's slave forever. If her hu*****and threats her with green card things, the only way to get out of this is divoice or go back to China.

American are not so kind, and I never believe shortcut. There is no shortcut in the world to get happy life. But there are so many Chinese women still thinking so. Marriage with American does not mean they can get green card and settle down in U.S. So, it is her own fault, and she should be responsible for whatever she did and all the consequence. If she stays in China, and never come to US, I promise, her life will be much better. U.S is not heaven!
