我04年6月登陆拿到绿卡，07/2004申请了白皮书后， 回国8个月， 回来1个月，又回
国3个月， 然后就一直在美国，中间有几次短期境外出差(每次不超过1个月)。请教
小白兔姐姐 及各位大侠两个问题:
1。这4年9个月什么时候开始算， 怎么算?
2。我什么时候可以递入籍申请?
