收到移民局的信，请帮忙看看

2006年六月递交的 NIW I-140（在NSC), 一直在 Pending。今天收到RFE信,但信的内容奇怪，内容如下：

In view of the approval of the first-preference petition which you filed on your behalf, please select one of the following:

___ I withdraw my request for a national interest waiver (and thus withdraw the petition which was assigned the receipt number ...). Base my I-485 application on my first-preference approved petition.

___ Proceed with the adjudication of my request for a national interest waiver.

因为我有一个2006年11月交的 EB1a 在今年2月批准了，我的485是去年7月份交的，是基于NIW。我三月初写信要把485从 NIW 转成 EB1a。

这封信是不是说他们让我撤销我的NIW I-140, 把我的485转成 EB1a 的？但是如果我扯掉NIW的140，他们不给我转，那我的485也就自动取消了，怎么办？

请大侠帮忙！！！
