why my EAD still not available

my EAD receipt date is May 17 2004, if you check the website, it has been processing date May 28,2004.

My friend's case was 2 days earlier than mine, and already get approved for a while, what happened to my case?

anyone knows what is going on or do you have similar case as I did?
