Sorry to hear this - it happened to me on my I-140 approval notice. The mistake put I-140 recevied data as PD.
My attorney sent numerous FAXes, Inquiries, and it eventually got corrected after 7 month of the error occurrence. I feel the action happened after my attorney's Fedex-ed an amendement request to USCIS.
You never know what happens with USCIS, nor do we know how they actullay handle the error corrections.
