So, my case "under review" means background check and name check have been done ( it is in WD), but is not under "ADJUDICATION". No VO has ever touched my case, although my receipte date is 12/2004, and pd is current. Like I was told "has not been assigned to any IO". Sounds normal to you? Thanks again.
