If she files I-765 to get the EAD, look at the back of her EAD card, the form number of the card should be I-766. Or if based on the other temp PR or protection eligibility, the card may be I-688, etc.
And I-766 and I-688 are I-9 list A document. HR knows what form I-9 list A means.
