Can anyone help with this question about applying O-1 after EB1?

申请了EB1a还能申请O-1吗？ 有公司说愿意替我申请O-1。还有，如果O-1 两个月后没有申请下来，是不是就只能是另外再找工作了？有人有过这种经验吗？有什么建议吗？ Thank you.
