My H-1 and my husband's H-4 should be approved

before he comes bach from China. My company lawyer asked my hu*****and to show the immigration officer with the new approved H-4 notice so he can get a visa in his passport with expiry date of 2011. Buy my hu*****and is afraid of doing so. He said if he give the immigration officer the new H-4 approval, he will not be admit to USA as the immigration officer will ask him to go back China US embassy to get a new visa. My hu*****and insists that the new approval notice is not a valid visa, is JUST A STATUS. Do you agree with my hu*****and?
