我于去年，July 30， 2007 之前递交的I-140 （EB3），当时以没有 premium processing, 同时递交了I-485. 现在EAD和AP已批，但140还是没有消息。有没有有相同情况的朋友给 Laura Bush 写信，OR filed a lawsuit (WOM)against the Homeland Secuirty? If so, could you please provide samples?
