我下个月回国结婚，太太要去签h4. 我上次回去是用的AP, 下个月还是打算用AP. 这样岂
不是她不能去签了？签过了，也可能到了美国这边cbp不让入境？

No, please get H1B stamp in China, with your new wife who will get H4. You are giving VO very easy reason to deny H4 (if VO wants to deny in the first place) if you still want to use AP.
