3/10 TSC MEMO 猜想

朋友昨天来电话说收到移民局的信，信纸上是3/10的日期，邮寄出的日期是3/24。
内容差不多是CASE is pending at TSC because of FBI check blah blah blah, please contact them in 6 months if no any result...

他们的情况是:

PD：2000/1/18 EB3
140/485 concurrent file: 2007/2/16

我曾经在去年12月份帮他们问过NC的情况,得知主申请人NC pending,副申请人NC
cleared。然后就一直等着。也没有任何查询。昨天就接到这封信。

所以，猜测移民局还是在3/10左右，把它们的数据库整理了一遍，给符合MEMO的人先发封“安慰信”？
