关于140处理时间。请问PJiang和 Xioabaitu和其他filers

在uscis的网上显示，TSC 的140的处理时间已经到了Aug 15, 比上个月前进了1个月多。我的140 NIW 是在7月底交的，到现在还没有批。由于大量的140是在7月分交的，不知道真的是处理到8月15， 还是错了，或者是我对处理时间理解有错。
