My EB1a 140 approved after RFE today!

My EB1a 140 approved after RFE today! Thank FSA for his hard work on my RFE.
Background:
Ph.D. now a postdoc
31 papers: 16 English papers with 160 citations, I did not submit citations for my Chinese papers, 2 patents and >20 conference presentations
Paper reviewed: 60 for 6 Journals
membership: ACS, sigma Xi full member and AICHE senior member
no big awards

LUD 08/12, Called TSC on Oct 15 and got RFE on Jan 8, 2008. RFE replied on Feb 21, 2008, LUD Feb 22, 24, 25, 26, and 27 2008, approved on March 28, 2008


My 140 NIW was approved last year and I submitted I485 last July based on NIW. Should I submit another 485 or try to relink?
