pijiang, xiaobaitu,帮忙分析一下，为什么485批了半年还没拿到正式绿卡？

485批了后全家做了biometrics for the green card。然后就是漫长等待，到现在还没见到正式绿卡的影子。电话打过，infopass去过，都只有485批了的记载，没有卡是否寄来的信息。infopass倒给我们盖了临时绿卡的章，出行没问题，但就觉得冤。infopass也发了信去催，两三个月了还是石沉大海。不知道问题到底出在哪里？

我家情况是这样的：
RD: 02/10/05
VC-->TSC 3/2007
AD: 11/07/07
