My first call to TSC (early Nov.07) was told that my FP was clear, and just needed to wait for 30-60days. When Dec'07 processing time was publiched, mine was out of it more than 30 days. Called them again, a 'nice' (??) CR helped. Ended up I got a famous 'we are actively processing this case, but need additional review' letter, asking me to wait for another 6 months to check it back. :(
