Since you have already filed I-130 and I-485 for your parents, may I ask you how should I choose “Application Type” in I-485? I was told that I should choose (a). But reading the I-485, my understanding that I have to attach a copy of the approval notice but I do not have such an approval notice.

I also would like to know whether or not I should send physical exam results with I-130 and I-485.
