PJiang, XiaobaiTu, Please solve my question

My Green Card, Based on employment category (EB2-NIW) was approved in last July. In last October,my wife sent USCIS her Medical Exam Record after RFE. However my wife's I-485 is still Pending. I am the primary petitioner.

Since last December, Visa Bulletin shows visa numbers are not available for Chinese applicants on EB2 category because of the retrogression. So my Priority Date is NOT current now.

Does the retrogression affect my wife's case? Thanks
