如果公司证明申请人3年后还回美国继续原职位工作可以吗?

用CP的好处是什么呢? 看了老师的网站, 好象FILE CP后EAD也会被撤消? HOW ABOUT AP?
- You may not maintain I-485 when you're not present in US for a long time. AP/EAD is gone when I-485 is replaced by CP.
