请问PJIANG老师, 485PENDING 公派回国工作3年, RISK?

Will go to China in June 2008. Still in U.S. payroll but the position will be different from what have filed with I-140.

Also, AP will expire in Sept 2008. Can I apply the renewal of AP (or new one?) right now?
