Dr. Jia, please

I submitted my I140 based on EB1 half a year ago. Later I submitted my I485. In order to increase the chance, I want to submit another I140 based on NIW.

Because I485 just need to be submitted one time, how can I let INS know that I have submitted another I140? Should I mailed my new I140 receit to the INS?
