PIJANG AND XIAOBAITU: ABOUT CASE TRANSFER

I moved to eastcoast and my case (family based)stayed in local evne I changed my address online through USCIS website. It has been more than 2yrs stuck in NC. A few days earlier, I asked the lawyer to check my case and he told local to transfer to the new address. Should I let them transfer or not?

I am planning to file WOM by the lawyer. He asked about $500/hr even I have paid him last time. If my case got transfered, will it take longer?

My lawyer told me that my file sitting there over two yrs and did not get touched. Local offices were the worest!

What should I do? Ask the lawyer to file WOM or just wait my case to be tranferrred to another local?

My finger print expired last yr. I did not get any notice for 2nd FP. And based on what lawyer told me. Memo did not work on cases in local. Nothing happened at all!
