Thank you very much for your information.
I received a letter from china embassy to say that they mailed the no objection statement to DOS,maybe the no objection letter is not existed,one consul told me they only need send the waivered case no to DOS.
one of my friends did not receive this letter,but Dos already received his no objection statement.Good luck.
