Pjiang, is this I-485 > 180 days ?

Hi, Pjiang, I-140/480 were submitted and denied in 2006. now I-140 appeal is remanded. if I-485 is reopen, is it more than 180 days ? or does it need to count again from the date of reopen ? want to change job.
