Xiaobaitu, PJiang: Consulate Processing

Hi,

I filed I-824(Following to Join) and it was approved 4 months ago.On the approval notice, it said USCIS has notified the Consulate that I am a permanent Resident.

I heard from National Visa Center they sent a package to GuangZhou last week.

Could you tell me when I can receive the Packet 3? It will be sent to me or my family in China?
