H-1B transfer or concurrent H-1B

1. I wonder whether it is possible that I can have a concurrent H1-B from a new employer as a full-time employee and then change to a part-time employee with the current employer, which is sponoring my GC?

2. Which is better in this case, H-1B transfer or concurrent H-1B?
