you are not alone, many stuck with "name check" for a few years. Recently they claim to adjudicate those stuck over 6 months, some luck one indeed free from the prison, but never trust them that will do free all. Probably will just create separate backlog for some unluck one. If you are unfortunately move into this separate backlog, then don't be hesitate to file WOM, many people only got it by filing lawsuit, there are many articles and step by step instruction for WOM, 见这里
