My case is very strong, according to my lawyer. 2 years working in US before expated to China for 2.5 years. relocated back to US last year. So all evidence pointed to a qualified multinational manager case. plus the HR and lawyer were really cooperative in issuing any letter or documents as requested by USCIS with no delay.
